Toggle between Day, Week, or Month view. Navigate with Today/Previous/Next buttons.

Use the sidebar to show/hide specific staff members. Focus on who matters.

Click a job to view details. Click an empty slot to schedule a new job.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the calendar included in all plans?

Yes. The Staff Calendar is included in all ServiceHub plans at no extra cost.

Can I see jobs from all my locations?

Yes. Use the store filter to view one location at a time, or see all locations together.

What do the colors mean?

Blue = Scheduled (upcoming), Yellow = In Progress (started), Green = Completed, Red = Canceled.

Can I drag and drop to reschedule?

Not yet — this is coming soon. For now, click a job to open it and edit the date/time.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

The Staff Calendar shows ServiceHub jobs only. External calendar sync is a separate feature for staff availability.

Can staff see their own calendar?

Yes. Staff members can view their own schedule. Managers can see all staff schedules.
