AutoFollow: Quote Follow-Ups

AutoFollow automatically follows up on every quote you send — so you never lose a deal to silence. Powered by the Nurture Agent.

How It Works

When you send a quote, AI FrontDesk starts a 5-email follow-up sequence over 7 days. Each email includes your quote details and an approval link. If the customer approves, rejects, or replies — the sequence stops automatically.

The 5-Email Sequence

Each email is designed for a specific stage of the decision process.

Your quote details, pricing, and a one-click approval link.

Gentle Nudge

"I noticed you reviewed the quote..." — a friendly check-in if they viewed but didn't act.

Day 3
Still Interested?

A casual follow-up asking if they have questions or need adjustments.

Expiration Warning

A heads-up that the quote expires soon, creating gentle urgency.

Day 7
Final Reminder

Last chance to approve before the quote expires.

Smart Timing

If your quote has an expiration date, the sequence automatically adjusts. Emails 4 and 5 shift to arrive 2 days and 1 day before expiry — so the urgency feels natural, not forced.

  • Timing adjusts automatically based on your quote's expiration date
  • If a customer views the quote, a follow-up may be scheduled sooner
  • You receive a notification when a customer views your quote

Auto-Stop Conditions

The sequence is designed to stop at the right moment. No customer will ever receive a follow-up after taking action.

Quote Approved

Customer clicks the approval link — sequence stops immediately.

Quote Rejected

Customer declines — sequence stops, no more emails.

AI reads the reply, summarizes it, and alerts you. Sequence stops.

Quote Expired

Past the expiration date — sequence stops gracefully.

What Happens When They Reply

When a customer replies to any follow-up email, AI FrontDesk reads the message and tells you exactly what they want.

  • Ready to book — "Yes, let's go ahead"
  • Has a question — "What does this line item include?"
  • Wants to reschedule — "Can we push this to next month?"
  • Not interested — "We've decided to go with someone else"

You receive a notification with the AI summary, detected intent, and one-click action links to respond.

AI Credit Usage

Follow-up emails use pre-built templates and cost zero AI credits. Credits are only used when AI parses a customer reply.

Current Settings

The quote follow-up sequence is currently fixed and not configurable. Here's what to expect:

  • 5 emails over 7 days (Day 0, 1, 3, 5, 7)
  • Sequence starts automatically when you send a quote
  • Email templates can be customized in Business Profile settings
  • Number of emails and timing cannot be changed yet
  • We plan to add more configurability in a future release
