LeadDuo Service Terms Addendum

1. Relationship to Three Core AI Terms
This Addendum supplements and incorporates the Three Core AI Terms of Service.In the event of a conflict, this Addendum governs your use of LeadDuo, its sub-products, APIs, and related features.
2. Description of LeadDuo
LeadDuo is an AI-native platform for customer engagement, lead management, service operations, and business workflows. It includes modules for form submission, lead capture, notifications, automation, and service business management (ServiceHub), including scheduling, job tracking, invoicing, payments, and customer communications.
All platform components, including form templates, UI components, embed scripts, code, workflows, branding, and platform logic remain the intellectual property of Three Core AI. No rights or licenses are granted other than the limited right to use the Service as described in this Addendum.
3. Account and Usage
You must have an active Three Core AI account and valid API credentials (e.g., ld_key, form_id) to use LeadDuo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, keys, and passwords, and for all activity occurring under them.
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account or API keys to any third party without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or artificially inflate, mask, or proxy traffic to obscure true usage.
- Engage in high-volume automated requests, DDoS-like behavior, load generation, stress testing, or other activities intended to disrupt the Service.
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, index, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on LeadDuo's code, UI, workflows, or proprietary logic, except where permitted by law.
- Use LeadDuo to send spam, unauthorized bulk messages, or communications without proper consent.
We may monitor usage for abuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of messaging regulations. If detected, we may limit or suspend access to protect system integrity and carrier reputation.
If account misuse is detected, Three Core AI may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without refund.
Use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with all applicable privacy, messaging, and data regulations, including obtaining necessary recipient consent.
4. Messaging and Notification Compliance
By using LeadDuo's messaging features, you agree to obtain proper consent and comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR. You must avoid sending unsolicited or deceptive messages. Three Core AI may suspend your account for spam or non-compliant activity.
5. Billing, Credits, and Expiration
SMS credits and notification add-ons are prepaid and deducted on a per-use basis. Unless otherwise stated, all credits are issued on a monthly billing cycle and do not roll over into future billing periods.
Unused SMS, email, notification, or automation credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your dashboard prior to the renewal date. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. We do not provide partial refunds, credit adjustments, or proration for mid-cycle cancellations, plan downgrades, or unused credits.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. AI and Automation Features
LeadDuo integrates with AI systems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or MCP-compatible tools). You acknowledge AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and agree to verify any generated content before use.
7. Data Handling and Privacy
You retain ownership of your form data and leads. By using LeadDuo, you grant Three Core AI permission to process and store such data solely to operate the service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain reliable and continuous operation of the LeadDuo platform. However, you acknowledge that the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or unforeseen technical issues.
Three Core AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability, data delays, or loss resulting from system outages or maintenance activities.
We may suspend or modify the Service at any time to improve performance, security, or reliability.
Three Core AI may apply automated rate limiting, throttling, or connection caps to ensure stable platform performance. Excessive or abusive request patterns may result in temporary access restrictions without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and Termination
Three Core AI may suspend or terminate your LeadDuo account for violations of this Addendum, the main Terms, or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your stored data may be deleted after 30 days unless retention is required by law.
10. Data Retention and Storage
Data retention periods vary by subscription plan.
- Free Plan: Form submissions are automatically deleted 90 days after the date of submission.
- Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Pro+): Submissions are retained for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
If you cancel or your account is terminated, all stored data — including submissions, configurations, and uploaded content — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 90 days as part of standard disaster recovery processes.
We recommend exporting your data prior to cancellation or downgrade if you wish to retain it.
Three Core AI is not responsible for data loss resulting from automatic deletion policies, account cancellation, system failure, or failure to export data prior to the expiration of the retention period.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these data retention terms.

12. ServiceHub Terms
The following terms apply specifically to ServiceHub, our service business management platform for scheduling, job tracking, invoicing, and customer communication.
12.1 ServiceHub Description
ServiceHub is a business management platform that enables service businesses to manage leads, schedule jobs, track work, send invoices, and communicate with customers. It includes features such as AI FrontDesk for automated email follow-up, appointment reminders, staff notifications, and payment processing via Stripe Connect.
12.2 Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your business data, including customer information, job records, invoices, and communications stored in ServiceHub.
LeadDuo does not sell, market, license, or claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to operate the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and legal basis to collect and store your customers' personal information.
12.3 Data Retention and Deletion
Upon account cancellation or termination, LeadDuo will retain your data for a reasonable period (typically 30-90 days) to allow for account recovery or data export requests, after which data will be permanently deleted.
We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and service improvement purposes.
You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
12.4 Data Export
Data export functionality in ServiceHub may be limited. We recommend maintaining your own records of important business information. Additional export features may be added in future updates.
12.5 Notifications and Reminders
ServiceHub provides automated SMS and email notifications including appointment reminders, staff notifications, and customer communications.
You are the sender and initiator of all messages sent through ServiceHub to your customers. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending automated messages, and for complying with all applicable messaging regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
You must provide and honor STOP/opt-out handling for SMS messages and unsubscribe mechanisms for emails. You are responsible for maintaining required consent records.
LeadDuo does not guarantee delivery of SMS or email notifications. Delivery may be affected by carrier issues, spam filters, invalid contact information, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for configuring notification settings appropriately. LeadDuo is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or business losses resulting from undelivered or misconfigured notifications.
12.6 Payment Processing
ServiceHub integrates with Stripe Connect for payment processing. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and are responsible for your Stripe account.
LeadDuo does not store raw credit card numbers or payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. You are responsible for your Stripe account setup and any compliance steps within your control.
Charge disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are your responsibility to handle directly through your Stripe account. LeadDuo does not process refunds or handle payment disputes on your behalf.
You are responsible for all Stripe transaction fees and any fees associated with chargebacks or disputes. LeadDuo subscription fees are separate from and unaffected by customer payment disputes.
LeadDuo is not liable for payment processing errors, failed transactions, lost revenue due to chargebacks, or other financial losses related to Stripe Connect.
12.7 AI-Generated Content
ServiceHub includes AI features that generate content such as cancellation policies, follow-up emails, and customer communications.
All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use.
LeadDuo is not liable for any legal issues, customer complaints, or business losses arising from the use of AI-generated content. We recommend consulting appropriate professionals for legal or compliance matters.
12.8 Business Policies
ServiceHub provides tools to create and enforce business policies such as cancellation fees and terms of service. You are solely responsible for setting appropriate policies, ensuring they comply with applicable laws, and communicating them clearly to your customers. LeadDuo provides the tools but does not guarantee legal compliance of your policies.
12.9 Staff Access and Authorized Users
You are responsible for all staff accounts, user permissions, and any actions taken by authorized users within your ServiceHub account.
You must promptly remove or modify access for staff members who leave your organization or whose roles change. LeadDuo is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse resulting from failure to manage user permissions.
12.10 Appointment Scheduling
ServiceHub provides tools to help manage bookings and appointments. You remain solely responsible for confirming availability, managing your calendar, and ensuring accurate scheduling. LeadDuo is not liable for double-bookings, scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or any resulting business losses.
12.11 Data Export and Backups
Data export functionality in ServiceHub may be limited. You should maintain independent backups of critical business data including invoices, tax records, and customer information. LeadDuo is not responsible for data loss if you fail to maintain your own records.
12.12 Beta and Evolving Features
Some ServiceHub features may be labeled as beta, early access, or experimental. These features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the platform.
12.13 Security
LeadDuo implements reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, managing access controls, and following security best practices. For additional security measures, see our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
12.14 Third-Party Services
ServiceHub integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), email providers, and calendar services. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. LeadDuo is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues with third-party services that may affect ServiceHub functionality.
12.15 Data Retention Clarification
Form submissions retention is governed by Section 10 of these Terms. ServiceHub business records (jobs, invoices, customers) retention is governed by this Section 12. Upon account cancellation, ServiceHub data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export or retention is required by law.
