Does Engage give legal advice?

No. Engage asks intake questions you approve and books the consultation. It never answers legal questions, and you can add a note that contacting you does not create an attorney-client relationship.

What does the consent record hold?

The exact consent wording the visitor saw, when they agreed, the page they were on, and their IP address and browser. It's stored with the lead and deleted with it. Whether the wording fits the rules for your outreach is for you and your counsel to decide.

Is visitor information kept confidential?

Leads are visible only to your account and the team members you add. LeadDuo never sells your data, and it's deleted 30 days after a plan is cancelled.

Can personal injury and family law go to different attorneys?
