What Recover does
Shows every open estimate
Estimates you've sent that haven't been accepted or declined, with the amount and how many days each one has been waiting.
Drafts the follow-up
A short follow-up written for that customer and that job. Edit it or send it as it is.
Waits for your OK
Nothing is sent until you approve it. A reminder only goes out if you turn it on for that estimate.
How it works
- 1
See your open estimates
Recover shows the estimates that are still waiting on an answer, with how long each has been open.
- 2
Confirm the status
Mark any estimate that was already won, lost or answered by phone so it leaves the list.
- 3
Approve a follow-up
Read the drafted follow-up, change anything you like and approve it. Recover suggests following up 3 days after you sent the estimate.
- 4
Optional: one reminder
Still no answer? Turn on one reminder for that estimate. That's the limit: 2 follow-ups per estimate.
What each plan includes
Recover is part of the plans below at no extra cost. There is no separate Recover subscription.

- Track where each estimate stands
ServiceHub already runs its automatic quote follow-up sequence. Recover adds a manual follow-up you approve after that sequence ends.
On every plan: up to 2 follow-ups per estimate (the first follow-up plus one reminder), and you approve each message.
