Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Any cancellation or downgrading happens only after your current billing period ends.

Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing.

Do all plans include recurring billing/subscriptions?

Yes. Recurring billing is available on all ServiceHub plans. You can turn approved recurring quotes into subscriptions and automatically generate invoices each cycle.

How many users can I add?

Solo supports up to 50 users, Team up to 75, and Business up to 200. These limits are designed for fair usage — most service businesses will never come close. If your team is larger, contact us about Enterprise.

Do competitors include these features on all plans?

Most don't. Public pricing from Jobber, Workiz, and Tradify still ties cost or access to team size: Jobber Connect is listed at $169/month for up to 5 users and Grow at $349/month for up to 10 users; Workiz Standard is $275/month including the first 5 users and Pro is $325/month including the first 5 users; Tradify lists plans like Lite at $47/user/month and Pro at $61/user/month. ServiceHub includes every core feature on every plan. The only difference between plans is usage limits — leads, jobs, SMS credits, locations, and user caps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

What is the platform fee?

We charge a 1% platform fee on payments processed through Stripe or Square. This helps us maintain the platform and provide support.

Can I set discount limits for my staff?

Yes! In Settings → Invoice Settings, you can set a maximum discount percentage (e.g., 20%). When staff try to apply a higher discount, they'll see a warning. You can also control whether staff can override the limit or if only the owner can.

Can I send quotes to customers?

Yes! Create itemized quotes with your services and pricing. Send them by email, and customers can approve with one click. Approved quotes automatically convert to jobs. AI FrontDesk can even follow up on quotes that haven't been approved yet.

How do deposits and payments work?

You can collect deposits or full payments before the job via Stripe or Square. Send a payment link by email, and customers pay securely. The amount is tracked on the job and automatically deducted when you create the invoice.

Can I set up cancellation policies?

Yes! Go to Settings → Policies to create your cancellation policy. You can use our AI wizard to generate a professional policy, or write your own. The policy is automatically included in booking confirmations and reminder emails.

How does pricing work in ServiceHub?

ServiceHub includes a built-in Pricing Engine that lets businesses define prices based on units such as quantity, size, time, or service type. Prices are calculated automatically during booking or quoting and flow through to jobs and invoices without manual adjustments.

How does AI FrontDesk work for SMS and email follow-ups?

AI FrontDesk automatically responds to customer inquiries via SMS and email when you're busy or outside business hours. It detects customer intent (booking requests, reschedules, questions) and sends personalized responses with action links. You can set it to always-on, after-hours only, or off. All conversations are tracked in your Messages inbox so you never miss a lead.
