Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this without creating an account?
Yes. You can try the invoice generator without any account. To save invoices, clone them, or email them to customers, you verify your email with a one-time code — no password needed.
How does the clone feature work?
Select any previous invoice from the dropdown and click clone. The system copies all details, auto-increments the invoice number, and resets dates to today. Edit what changed and send.
Are the fonts commercially licensed?
Yes. All fonts are from Google Fonts, licensed under SIL OFL 1.1 or Apache 2.0. Safe for commercial use on customer-facing invoices.
What happens if I hit my monthly invoice limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing invoices are never deleted. You can clone and download again next month, or upgrade to Lite or Plus for more volume.
Can I remove the LeadDuo branding?
Yes — on the Plus plan ($10/month). The 'Generated with LeadDuo' footer is removed from both the PDF and email.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Invoice data is stored in a secure database. Logos are stored in AWS S3. All API endpoints use authentication and rate limiting. We never share your data.
What's your refund policy?
All paid plans are non-refundable. At $5–$10/month, we keep pricing simple with no refunds or partial refunds. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
